Returns & Refunds policy

Original paintings: Final sale– no returns unless damaged in transit.

* Prints: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

* Item must be unused and in original packaging.

* Customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll work with you to issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
