I was inspired to create this piece after taking many photos of the vibrant moss of the rocks of the glistening shores at Sandy Beach in Oahu Hawaii. I spend a lot of time at this beach watching my boyfriend body surf and walking along the rocky shoreline to the right of the beach. Each pocket of water and rocks has its own magic that I love to photograph and try to capture its magnetic colors through paint. This piece is acrylic paint on canvas and measures 16"x 20".
